everyday is the day of the cinnamon bun! Fabulous Ingrid. I just completed a Natural/Vegetarian Baking Class...we made something along these lines.
Every Sunday when I was a child I use to go to my "grandmother" Ole's house for cinnamon rolls. It seemed like a very long time between the preparation and the eating. As a young one I did not want the yeast process to take so long. Finally Ole would bake the rolls in a wood burning stove. They were so wonderful with melted butter. Maybe I should learn to make them myself.
