a-sitting-staring-out-of-the-window-day















a day in between. only me at home. the sound of the washing-machine
is buzzying in the background. to stare at the sea is a good way to meditate.
I do need time in between, to let things sink in and restart.

    Wild flowers are just about the best. I love how they struggle among the grasses and are so showy in the blowing breeze. Lovely!
