babyquilt

just finished this baby-size quilt

it´s not often I make traditional quilts anymore but it´s great fun when it happens.

this quilt is machine pieced and machine quilted. Then washed and softly dried

in the  tumbler.

Reds

this is the best way to transport yourself in icy 

weather. On ice you can really get high speed.

and it´s good to hold on to.

It has been used in the north always and

when I was little, we used to take may little

brother in a wooden cradle fastened in the front

on top of the seat. and race on the ice.

soon getting there.

a present to a little baby

from the parents old clothes. traces from mens

shirts and dresses can be seen

a baby is excpected.......

on the other side of the globe. Any day now. I am finishing this quilt made of old

mens shirts, soft and cuddly. I will show it when ready.
